The 21 Day Paleo Reset has been life changing for me. I was struggling to gather the mental energy to get on track with my diet and exercise after back to back pregnancies. I gained over 40lbs in the last 4 years. I felt slow, tired, and most noticeably that I was not being the best version of myself possible.
This 21 day challenge has been the best thing for me! It has me feeling great and on a healthy path. I would not be where I am without this. I am not at the end result but it’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon. I cannot thank you enough Fitness Shack for giving me the jumpstart I needed!!!
After about 6 months of working out at the Fitness Shack, I decided to take advantage of their “Spring Break” special and eat their Paleo food plan for a week. First of all, the food is delicious, and 3 meals a day plus snack are provided, so it was very easy to follow. After a week I had dropped 5 lbs., felt much better and was hopeful that this might be the ticket for me. For 2 more weeks I continued to eat in much the same way and kept the 5 lbs. off.
