Fitness Class Schedule

All classes can be reserved with as many class passes available. Cancellations must be made 2 hours prior to the start time of your reserved class in order to avoid a late cancellation penalty. Our studio opens generally 30 minutes before the start of our early morning, morning and evening classes and remains open 30 minutes after the last early morning, morning and evening class.
