Looking for 15 people who are ready to begin working on wellness and will commit to taking one night a week to “Walk with the Doc”. We will begin our session in April at The Fitness Shack. Two weeknights will be dedicated to Walk with the Doc.Participants can come to one of both duringthe week. We will be starting at the Shack andtaking the path behind Root downTen Mile Creek. All levels of Fitness, (especially those who are looking for a great starting point)are encouraged to join. Well behaved dogs on a leash and wee ones in strollers are welcome. Cost will be $25/month. Private FB group for accountability will be included. Commit now to be part of a community that encourages inclusion, support and fun.
